OMG! Only five days and their new track is booming on youtube with almost 20million views! Before the video was out, it was just the track that was BOOMING!
What’s awesome is seeing Eminem collaborate with Rihanna again… This time for The Monster.
The track was produced by American Producer Bryan Fryzel, know as Frequency.
The hook of the song was written by artist Bebe Rexha when she was going through a lot regarding her life at some point. In Nov 2012, When Rexha was at a studio in New York working on materials for her debut album, she stated a bad feeling she was having and that she “was in a really dark place, a dark head space. Figuring out where you are in life and trying to make shit work for yourself—it gets to you. You get super down on yourself. I was just trying to get out of a depressed phase.”.
Eminem was supposedly someone that inspired Rexha and she mentioned how he would preform to this track sometime.
If we take a hint and think of what Rexha dealt with at that time when she wrote the hook to The Monster. It’s understandable why Fryzel wanted to include this potential song in Eminem’s potential eight studio album.
Rihanna and Eminem worked in the past together on several tracks. In fact, they actually admire each other’s craziness and Eminem stated that it’s always great collaborating with her.
Now we want to know… Do you think Eminem and Rihanna both fit in this video playing the character? Why do you think that?
